The Palermo family has been in the plumbing business in the Ocean City area since his father, Charles Palermo, Sr. began plumbing in 1945. Gerry has been in the plumbing business since 1973 and has built his business based on dependable, personalized customer service.

Gerry's son Aaron has a Marketing and Business degree from Liberty University and will be completing his apprenticeship for his plumbing license.
